No Refunds

Please note that Sport-O-Fit has a strict no-refund policy on all services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Sports coaching sessions: Once a coaching session is booked and paid for, we are unable to offer refunds.
Facility bookings: All facility bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes.
Tournament and event fees: Fees paid for participation in or attendance at tournaments and events organized by Sport-O-Fit are non-refundable.

We understand that circumstances may change, but we encourage you to carefully consider your needs and commitments before booking any of our services.

Exceptions

While we generally do not offer refunds, we may consider exceptions under very specific circumstances, such as:

Event Cancellation by Sport-O-Fit: If Sport-O-Fit cancels an event or tournament, participants will receive a full refund.
Significant Service Disruption: In the rare event that a service is significantly disrupted due to an error on our part, we will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial refund or credit towards a future service.
